Biography of William L. Pegg, Jr., Esq
William L. Pegg, Jr., is a graduate of Lehigh University and Seton Hall University School of Law. William was admitted to practice Law in the State of New Jersey in 1968. William has practiced in both the Municipal and State Court and has served as an adjunct Municipal Prosecutor. However, his true love for the law lies at the Federal level.
William has been specializing in Debtor/Creditor and Real Estate Law for over 39 years. He is well known and well respected in the State Courts and the Federal Bankruptcy Courts. He has long standing relationships with both Bankruptcy Trustees and the Office of the United States Trustee. These relationships, solidly built on William’s expertise and unflappable integrity, have often proved to be invaluable in some of the more complex and difficult client matters.
William is very involved with career development of members of his office staff. He is a dedicated teacher with respect to the practical aspects of the law with an added emphasis on ethics and professionalism. In his spare time William is a member of the Morris Canal Society and volunteers his time at many of their events.
William is also very well known around Morristown by way of his dog “Chance”.
